If you want to change your password and have not been locked out of your account, please use the following steps:
- Go to the "Profile" menu option on the bottom of the app
- Select "My Account"
- Under the "Change Password" section, type your current password and type your new password twice to confirm it
- Hit the orange check mark in the top right corner to save your new password
If you were locked out of your account, you can reset your password at any time by doing the following:
- Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign in screen
- Enter the email address associated with your account and tap "Submit"
- You will receive an email with a reset password link. Tap the link and enter your new password twice to confirm it
- Tap "Save Password" to confirm your new password
You will now have access to your account via the app.
