Prayer Requests is a great way to connect with other members of your church and be praying for one another.

This will bring you to the main Prayer Requests screen, which shows you prayer requests submitted in the last 30 days in order from newest to oldest. To view a specific prayer request, tap the menu item to see the full request and comments section.

Adding a prayer request
To add a prayer request, tap the "plus" icon in the top right corner on the main Prayer Requests screen. Enter a title (or short description) for your prayer and enter your full prayer request in the box below. Choose the appropriate privacy options using the checkboxes below. The privacy options are as follows:
- Restrict to church staff - if you would like your prayer request to go directly to your church staff and wish for it to not be public in the app, check this box.
- Anonymous - if you would like your prayer request to show as "anonymous" and not contain any information about who submitted it, check this box.
Note that you may check both boxes (for it to be anonymous and restricted to church staff) or none of the boxes (a standard public prayer request with your name visible). Public prayer requests must be approved by your church staff. Because of this, a public prayer won't immediately be visible right after it is submitted.
Deleting a prayer request
In the case that you would like to delete a prayer request, tap your prayer from the main Prayer Requests screen and tap the ellipsis icon next to the text. Tap "Delete" on the popup prompt, and your prayer request will be deleted.
Managing notifications
If you have notifications enabled, you will receive a push notification each time a new public prayer request is posted. You can control the notification setting by going to Profile > Notification Preferences and toggling "Prayer Notifications" on or off. Please make sure to save your preferences by tapping the check mark in the top right corner.
